Lexington-Fayette Animal Care and Control serves all of Fayette County 365 days a year. Our mission is “To protect the health and safety of the community and its animals and cultivate public sentiment for the humane treatment of all animals.”
Please note that every county in Kentucky has its own animal control agency. If you live outside of Fayette County, you will need to contact your county’s agency for animal control-related assistance.
